This piece of jewelry can be worn in three ways, each of them treating different conditions, wear it:
-With the bridge under joint  to Block severe hyperextension.
-With the bridge on top of joint to block flexion.
-With the bridge on the side to block deviation.
 
We make this ring using two sizes: below joint, and above joint, if your knuckle is swollen we recommend to send us your knuckle size too.
